Great location near local attractions with friendly staff and a comfy room. However, the parking garage is a bit of a walk and our room had issues with cleanliness that needed addressing. Overall, it’s a good spot for families wanting to explore the area.

We explored nearby caves and went hiking. The location was perfect, close to attractions. The staff was helpful, the room spacious enough for us, and we really appreciated the cleanliness. Just a heads-up, the indoor pool wasn't functional during our stay.

The indoor pool was closed, and that was a letdown since we were excited to use it.

During my stay, I loved how close the Tennessee Aquarium was, just a short walk away, and enjoyed many meals at Hennen's, which was just around the corner making it super convenient for my city strolls. while the staff was friendly and the hotel had spacious rooms, the furniture is definitely a bit dated and could use some refreshing.
